Pit Master Pete, a caterer from Hamburg, NY will be serving up his award winning BBQ from his 24ft custom trailer as he has done for the past 10 Years.

Smoke Shack BBQ from Pickerington, OH is back again serving their award winning ribs and other barbecue specialties.
Mad Sauces
Come check out their new food truck with their own funky take on BBQ. They will be serving turkey ribs & legs, chicken wings, loaded Mad Fries & Wacky Rolls which are egg rolls filled with your choice of turkey, shrimp, or veggies.
Hawaiian BBQ Food Truck & Catering
Appropriate for our theme this year, we welcome The Hawaiian BBQ Food Truck, serving a fusion of American and Asian dishes with an Island twist. Offerings include BBQ beef short ribs, Kālua pork, Katsu chicken, Hawaiian mac salad and jasmine rice with teriyaki sauce. All their offerings are homemade and are served on really big aloha plates, so come hungry.
