The Great Pumpkin Farm at 11199 Main St, Clarence, NY 14031 is once again the location & our partner for this year’s BBQ festival. Please check out our MAP for directions.

Saturday’s competition is Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned. Team entries are judged and scored according to KCBS guidelines and rules. Food categories include: chicken, pork ribs, pork butt/shoulder, and beef brisket. The scores of these four categories determines the Grand Champion. Optional categories will be Hawaiian themed..

Sunday’s events include both the Outdoor Cooking Contest, Rib-Oink Off and Whole Hog. The Outdoor Cooking Contest allows it all, as long as it is done outdoors: grilling, smoking, frying, baking, steaming, braising, using whatever fuel source you want. Categories will be heavily influenced by our Memphis Style theme. The Rib-Oink Off is a stand alone contest. Teams may independently enter either or both contests. There is a discount when entering both Sunday events.
